At IDEATION Pvt. Ltd., which shall include our affiliates and subsidiaries your privacy is very important to us and we are committed to protecting and respecting it.

This policy (together with our Terms of Use) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

By visiting (www.comedy.goonj.pk) (the "Site") you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy.

We may collect and process the following data about you:

(a) Information you give us: You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our Site or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use our Site, subscribe to our Service, (if applicable) participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on or related to our Site, enter a Competition, promotion or survey and when you report a problem with our Site. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, and/or personal description.

(b) Information we collect about you: With regard to each of your visits to our Site we may automatically collect the following information or statistical data:

(i) Technical information, including the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer/device to the internet which identifies your computer/device, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform. IP addresses are automatically collected by our web server as part of our demographic and profile data known as traffic data so that data, such as webpages, can be sent to you; and

(ii) Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our Site (including date and time); page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and any phone number used to call our customer service number.

(c) Information we receive from other sources: We may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or the other services we provide. We are also working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, advertising networks, analytics providers and search information providers) and may receive information about you from them.

(ii) To improve our Site to ensure that Content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer or other device;

(iii) To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service, when you choose to do so;

(iv) As part of our efforts to keep our Site safe and secure; and

(v) To measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising we serve to you and others, and to deliver relevant advertising to you.

(c) Information we receive from other sources. We may combine this information with information you give to us and information we collect about you. We may use this information and the combined information for the purposes set out above (depending on the types of information we receive).

RELATED COMPETITIONS

Competition Rules. By participating in any online (or real world) Comedy Goonj by IDEATION competition whether on or through the Site, or on or through any social media platform (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter), or on or through any other media (each, a “Competition”), all Competition entrants agree to be bound by the following rules (the “Competition Rules”) and also, as to the result of any Competition and the winner(s) of any applicable prizes, the decisions of IDEATION, which shall be final in all matters relating to that Competition, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entry to any Competition is restricted to one entry per Subscription, per Competition. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Competitions are not open to employees of IDEATION and/or their immediate families and affiliated companies and subsidiaries. Competitions are not open to employees and their immediate families of any Competition sponsoring company and affiliated companies and subsidiaries.

All elements of any prize(s) are subject to availability or change, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Winners may not change a prize, and/or its respective components in any way except with the prior written approval of IDEATION, which approval shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of IDEATION.

Where applicable, a prize must be used or collected within the specified time period stated or within 6 months from the date of draw – whichever is longer

IDEATION reserves the right to implement age requirements where necessary and specific age restrictions may be applicable for some Competitions. In general, winners must be 18 years of age or over, or accompanied by an adult, who is 18 years or over.

All entries must be received by the time specified, on the closing date specified, for any given Competition. The winner(s) will be drawn at random by IDEATION, from all entries received by the closing date.

In order to be eligible for prizes, the winner(s) (and guest if applicable) must release IDEATION from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with the Competition or the use or acceptance of the prize or any portion thereof. Entry into the Competition constitutes the issuance of such release.

Winner(s) agree that IDEATION and its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and employees, and any other sponsors shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded herein.

The receipt, by any winner, of any of the prize components of a Competition is conditional upon compliance with any and all laws, rules and regulations. Winners are solely responsible for all insurance, applicable taxes and for any expenses not specified in the prize description. Where prizes involve the winner(s) traveling, winner(s) (and guest if applicable) shall be required to hold a valid passport and/or other necessary travel documentation and visas and will be responsible for any and all costs in addition to the Competition prize to attend the event.

Winners authorize IDEATION to utilize their full names, city, and country of residence and other relevant information to announce Competition results via, but not limited to, IDEATION affiliated websites (including the Site), social media sites related to IDEATION and or e-newsletters. By entering the Competition, all entrants assign all rights, title and interest in all creative material uploaded onto the Site.

Events may occur which inhibit the Competition draw or the prize itself, due to circumstances beyond the control of IDEATION, in which case, IDEATION will not be held liable for such events.

The decisions of IDEATION as to the identity and/or eligibility of the final winner(s) of any prizes are final and shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of IDEATION. Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible after the closing date of the prize draw. Should IDEATION be unable to contact a winner or should a winner be unable to accept the prize, IDEATION reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner, drawn in accordance with these Competition Rules.

IDEATION reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of comparable value.

IDEATION reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner who contravene the Competition Rules.

We may share your personal information with any member of our corporate group.

We may share your information with selected third parties including:

Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you;

Advertisers and advertising networks that require the data to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others; and/or Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our Site.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties:

In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;

If IDEATION or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets; and/or

If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and/or other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of IDEATION, our customers, or others.

Our Site is secured and encrypted for your privacy. However, the data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the Middle East. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the Middle East who work for us or for one of our suppliers. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site; any transmission is at your own risk.
